How does customizing work?

Pick a chain — bracelet or necklace — then add letters, numbers, stones and charms. The designer shows the arrangement and the price as you go.

What is a rail chain?

A single solid chain that closes at both ends. Parts ride on the chain and can be taken off and re-ordered at any time — no drilling, no soldering.

What are the materials?

18K gold-plated brass and tarnish-resistant silver; zircon and shell are stated per SKU on the product page.

How do I choose a length?

We produce bracelets in 16 / 18 / 20 cm and necklaces in 45 / 50 cm. The size guide explains how to measure.

Where do you ship from and how long does it take?

Every order ships from our studio in China, assembled to your design. Standard US delivery takes about 7–12 business days.

What does US shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $6.99, free on orders over $49. Express is $14.99.

Can I return it?

Unworn non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days. Personalized pieces made to your design are final sale.

Do you sell rings?

Not on the US site yet — the US size chart is not confirmed, so rings are not sold and the designer does not offer a ring mode.
